There were 3 english fluent staff that were the best of the best! They were very accommodating, friendly and made our trip super convenient and relaxing. Upgraded our room for free during our 2nd stay and it was lovely.
Nothing so far

Staff were all really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was yummy. Room was decent. Location was prime.
Fridge did not work that well.

The staff were incredible during our stay, a special shout out to Chan who was so helpful when I needed to go to hospital! Rooms were spacious and as described, with a tasty breakfast too.

The facilities are of a 2 star hotel.
We stayed on 2 separate occasions with a week gap between the 2 stays. On our first stay the elevator was broken and could only take 3 people. The week later, it was still broken and now could only take 2 people....
The AC was broken and they did not manage to fix that either.
When we checked out, they charged for a small blood stain from a scratch- never happened to us in any other hotel world-wide
