Note there are NO STAFF here. Check-in via QR code at front door was straight-forward.
No breakfast, despite what the photos show.
My single room (302) was small by Western standards but fully functional and very clean.
I would happily stay here again.
Convenient location. I took AREX all stop during rush hour, with suitcase, and it wasn't too packed.

Pros:
Of all the hard beds I had in Korea, this was the least hard. Or maybe I was really sleepy.
Your own bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Close to metro, lots of shops, food etc.
Near university so many are young and beautiful.
Clean area and room.
Kitchen and dining area are convenient.
Feels very safe.
Keyless lock (need code)
Cons:
Keyless lock (out of luck if your phone is out of power), several people had to try multiple times.
I could hear them trying the front door from 2 floors up.
I don’t know if there weren’t many people there, but heard one group in the hallway at 3 am. Fortunately, I always wake up in the middle of the night so no big deal. Plus I was so sleepy, I went back to sleep.
Lots of stairs so if your bags are heavy and you’re on the second floor, it’s a little difficult. Fortunately, my bag was not heavy, but my balance is bad. I survived without falling, intact and unbroken.
I would stay many more days if I ever go back to Korea!
