The location was exceptional
Clean and the staff were friendly and respectful

Spotlessly clean. Laundry facilities on sight. Nice small lounge/breakfast area. Close to shops restaurant (nice road behind less hectic than main Hondae area) close to metro station on a very useful line for getting around.
Room (twin beds) and shower were very small. Breakfast - self serve - was basic. Coffee juice toast and jam.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a big plus too. The bed was comfortable and had good air con.
The hotel was a little bit further out on the edge of hongdae rather than right in the centre of it. The room was very very small with the bed pressed against walls either side. Was fine for a short stay but felt cramped after day 4. Ideally the TV could have been a smart TV but I enjoyed watching some K dramas I didn't understand when I was recovering from jetlag

Good location, close to metro, restaurants and cafes
Room was pretty dirty down the side of bed, very very small room, no separate shower, just a shower head in the bathroom. Room was also on the ground level right next to reception so you could hear the traffic and never have the curtains open.
