Welcome to Apartment 25 in the Haus am See!
You’ll reach this bright studio apartment on the top (2nd) floor of the building via the stairwell and the enclosed pergola. The bright room, which features laminate flooring, is divided into sleeping, dining, and cooking areas.
The white fold-out bed offers two separate, comfortable beds (80×200 cm) with built-in lamps at the headboard.
Across from it, you’ll find the small shower room with an illuminated mirror cabinet, 2 electrical outlets, a window that lets in natural light, a toilet, and a shower stall.
From the dining table by the window, you can enjoy the magnificent view from the second floor overlooking the inland lake. With this view, the vacation meal from the adjacent kitchenette tastes twice as good. It is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a 2-burner ceramic stove, a sink, standard appliances, and dishes.
On the furnished south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun from morning until evening while taking in the view of the lake, the property’s own sunbathing lawn with direct access to the water, the dock, and the grill.
A TV and a compact stereo system provide entertainment when needed. Wi-Fi is available here free of charge.
The two-door closet offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe.
All of our accommodations are non-smoking apartments. You’re welcome to smoke on the balcony. We ask that you keep the balcony door closed while doing so.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment. Feel free to ask us about alternatives.

The three-story apartment building is located on Steinwarder, beautifully surrounded by the Binnensee and the Baltic Sea.
This quiet building offers individually designed and furnished studios and apartments ranging from 19 to 76 square meters for 2–4 guests. Each apartment features a direct lake view from its balcony or terrace, which faces south for plenty of sunshine.
A bright stairwell leads to the enclosed arcades on each floor. The ground-floor apartments are accessible via private entrances at the rear of the building.
The property offers direct access to Heiligenhafen’s inland lake. Whether you’re using a SUP, an air mattress, or a surfboard—you can head straight from the sunbathing lawn onto the water.
A fire pit, benches, and a small dock are also available for guests’ use.
You can park your bicycles in the covered, designated area behind the house.
Each apartment comes with an assigned parking space on the property or in the parking lot across the street.
The marina and downtown are just a leisurely stroll away along the inland lake promenade.
