Welcome to Apartment 20 at Haus am See!
This small, fully tiled 23-square-meter apartment on the second floor is accessible via the stairwell, and you enter through the enclosed pergola.
In the entryway, which also leads to the shower room, you’ll find a high-quality, new box-spring double bed (2 × 80 × 200 cm). The bedroom is separated from the living and kitchen area by a sliding door.
The small, naturally lit shower room features a sink, an illuminated mirror, electrical outlets, a toilet, and a shower.
In the living area, you’ll find a small built-in kitchen with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, and a microwave, as well as a practical selection of dishes and cooking utensils for self-catering.
The dining table by the window offers you a magnificent, front-row view of the lake. On the furnished south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun from morning until evening.
The living room also features a large wardrobe with a safe, a comfortable two-seater couch, a small TV, and a radio.
Free Wi-Fi is available here.
All of our accommodations are non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony. We ask that you keep the balcony door closed while doing so.

The three-story apartment building is located on Steinwarder, beautifully surrounded by the Binnensee and the Baltic Sea.
This quiet building offers individually designed and furnished studios and apartments ranging from 19 to 76 square meters for 2–4 guests. Each apartment features a direct lake view from the balcony or terrace, which faces south and enjoys plenty of sunshine.
A bright stairwell leads to the enclosed pergolas on each floor. The ground-floor apartments are accessed via private front doors at the rear of the building.
The property offers direct access to Heiligenhafen’s inland lake. Whether by SUP, air mattress, or surfboard—here you can head straight out onto the water from the sunbathing lawn.
A fire pit, benches, and a small dock are also available for guests.
You can park your bicycles in the covered, designated area behind the house.
Each apartment comes with an assigned parking space on the property or in the parking lot across the street.
The marina and downtown are just a leisurely stroll away along the inland lake promenade.
