Everything was great except the no air conditioning. But that is a common issue with staying places in Switzerland.

I loved this hotel. Close to the train station and all the restaurants. Nice little balcony to take a snack break from all that hiking.
Breakfast buffet has everything you need. I'd book this place again if back in Zermatt.
