The property was super clean and in an amazing location for getting to all of the major attractions. The reception makes it super easy to check in when they’re not there, it’s very detailed. I would highly recommend staying here, it’s a great deal. If we come back to Rome, we would stay here again.

We had an initial itch with the check in since I have to spend some time on the phone with Expedia to understand how to get the info to do the self check in .After this,everything went smoothly and I really appreciate the kindness of the staff in accomodating my request.
The location is fantastic. The building where the guest house is, is a bit run down but the room is clean,conformable and it had everything we needed.

Had a lovely stay at Guest House Grazioli
The location is amazing, all the main sites are a short walk away. There is an Irish pub, shop and plenty of places to eat about a minute walk away
The room we had was a perfect size for us as a couple staying for 5 nights. It was clean and well maintained.
There is no staff located in the guest house but they come in every day to clean and offer any help or advice. If you do need to talk to someone there is a phone number to call, but to be honest there is everything you need so there’s no need to make a call.
The rooms are all next door to each other but you don’t hear anything from any other rooms
Would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be staying here again when we are back in Rome next year
