Totally unsatisfactory

The location was nice, and we really liked the restaurant below Okay, something was convenient for all the sites we wanted to see

From the confirmation letter and beyond, there was no hospitality extended There were no instructions on how to operate any of the appliances, including the television inside The shower was absolutely awful and very dangerous to use. The shower head does not connect, so you have to hold it and hope you don’t fall over the wall of the shower while you’re navigating the narrow bathtub We requested an extra bed and then was provided We were promised four coffee pods. None were provided, and the Nespresso container was full of still water and the nest café jar instant coffee was so old, it solidified in the bottom of the jar We felt like inconvenient guests, even though we didn’t ask for any extras except the bed, which was not provided This is not a hospitable host or someone that likes their job If you’re limiting your guests who are paying quite a good amount of money for your short-term stay to the minuscule amount of toiletries and toilet paper provided, you should provide instructions on where they can get more Not even a bottle of water was The only thing provided was dish soap and a couple individual packets of toiletries The host was annoyed that I didn’t remember to leave the keys in the lockbox, but instead left them on the table just inside the door and said she was going to make a report about it. Simple kind notes posted inside with reminders would have eliminated that mistake,, but there are no notes, no welcoming, nothing

Feels like home away from home in the most amazing city!

This is the second time my mom and I have stated this location and it continues to be perfect! The location is centrally located – close to everything!

Perfect size for my mom and I the couch holds out into a bed and the bedroom in the back is super comfortable! Big window in the living room and window in the bedroom lets plenty of light and air circulation.

8 / 10

Great location and excellent communication with service providers - very helpful and responsive

Fabulous location

Bed was uncomfortable with a definite sloping side. Apartment was humid, aircon didn’t work well

Perfect location, plenty of room for my mom and I to relax her exploring Rome!

The location was absolutely perfect on a quiet street close to the pantheon and amazing restaurants. The apartment was the perfect size for my mom and I – the kitchen was perfect for making breakfast or lunch. Plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day of sightseeing!

TV, geluidsoverlast van de buren in de slaapkamer, sigaretten stank in de slaapkamer omdat mensen op het mini binnenplaatsje roken.
