We did a self check in, but Eleanor’s had reached out to us in advance of our arrival and was very helpful with questions we had when we arrived in town. She made herself available via WhatsApp. She had suggested a public parking lot that was very close. Because of a ztl we could not drive right to the hotel. Parking was a 2 minute walk. The hotel was quiet and clean. There was both an elevator and stairs in the hotel. We stayed in a beautiful cave room that was amazing! The location was perfect! I highly recommend Casa Diva when visiting Matera.

I really liked Casa Diva. Eleanora was very helpful. She gave us information about Matera such, how to navigate through Matera , places to eat, and she gave us recommendations which places to visit . We stayed in a bedroom with beautiful views of Matera . Thank you so much to everyone in the hotel. We really had a wonderful stay.

Lovely property in centre but still easily accessible. Room was very charming and host was very friendly and helpful. Easy check in process. Lovely roof terrace and balconies.
