Fabulous location, clean, well setup and very central to Matera.
Only issue was lack of information about access when we arrived. Nothing was received and 2 other parties were also there with the same issue. However it was fixed quickly and the room was excellent. Just extra stress that wasn’t needed

The best thing about our stay was definitely the beautiful view from the balcony.
There was a very strong and unusual smell, which was particularly difficult for me as I have allergies. I generally did not feel comfortable during my stay because of it.
The breakfast was also disappointing. We were given a voucher for a nearby café, where the included breakfast consisted only of a coffee and a croissant. We had to order additional food just to have a proper breakfast, and unfortunately, the quality of the extra food was not very good either. Considering that breakfast was advertised as «included», I did not feel that it was really a satisfying included breakfast.
