Modern Hôtel

Great location, friendly staff

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Modern Hôtel in Antibes and would happily stay here again. The location is fantastic—everything is within walking distance, including the beach, the Old Town, restaurants, cafés, and the train station, making it the perfect base for exploring the French Riviera. The breakfast was simple but fresh and had a good variety of options, making it a lovely way to start the day. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was quite warm during our stay, and although the air conditioning worked, it struggled to keep up with the exceptional heat wave. We also had one evening where the power in our room tripped after plugging in an iron, but the issue was quickly resolved and didn’t affect the rest of our stay. Overall, we had a great experience. The staff were welcoming, the location couldn’t have been better, and we’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antibes. We’d absolutely return—perhaps just not during a heatwave next time! 😊

Owners very nice and helpful. Good location. The hotel is worn, but clean.

The location is perfect, central to everything….opposite a lovely boulangerie, a few mins walk to the beach and market. You can walk to anywhere and there are so many shops/restaurants nearby. I slept so well, the windows block the street noise but you can hear the lively bustling when you have them open. The shower was very powerful as well. The owners were very friendly and kind. I stayed there last year and would definitely recommend it for an amazing location and a great sleep.
