Don’t be put off by the reviews! We had read the mixed reviews about this hotel before travelling but we found it perfect for our family holiday. We travelled with our 18 month old and the hotel had everything you need to ensure all needs were met and everything was easy for us. We have never seen our daughter happier! The staff here are great especially the restaurant staff. Special mention to Isabel, Abdellatif and Juan who went above and beyond for our daughter. You have a mixed variety of people who stay at the hotel but we liked that. We will definitely return!

Great modern rooms , great food and amazing customer service. The guest services were great too. Nairia helped us and recommended amazing place to visit called Cala Bassa which was amazing. The buffet was awesome and to our surprise even served whole fish. I would for sure stay in this hotel if I came to Ibiza again.

Absolutely amazing service! As they mentioned, everything was truly all-inclusive, even beyond the usual check-in and check-out times. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and flexible with our travel plans. Their understanding and support made our arrival and departure from Ibiza so much smoother and stress-free. We genuinely appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend this place!
