Location and the views!!
Nothing as such but services like room service and reception, they are too delayed and slow may be cuz they are always super busy!

Great view, our room was just by the pool , in the evening was perfect for sunset. The staff also left a birthday card and a bottle of bubbles for our daughter 18th birthday and the was a nice touch. A massive thank you for making our little girl felling special :-)
The room was a bit worn out, so need a refresh, especially the toilets.
