The front staff was very helpful and accommodating and the location was great. Walk to train station.

Probably the cleanest and freshest hotel I’ve stayed in, in Italy!
They contacted me a couple of days before, I let them know I’d be early if the had early check in available or luggage storage. The arranged a clean room ready for early check in, no trouble and no extra charge!
Don’t be put off by being so close to train station, I didn’t hear it. Noise inside the property was loud (Other guests, could hear their conversation from my room, chairs being moved around while preparing for breakfast)
They have a strict reception policy between 0730-1900, was hard to confirm checkout at 0715, she just shouted through door she wasn’t there till 730. Had to say twice I was just letting her know I was checking out. She did offer me a quick coffee if I wanted after she opened the door though.
In all I’d stay again, easy to find, clean spacious room and only 10 minute walk to Cathedral square!
