Great quiet place in Venice. The free bottle of sparkling wine way amazing. Helpful staff. Excellent air Conditioning. Us snowflakes from Canada aren't used to the 35 degree weather in Italy. Amazing place. Grazie.

The staff was very helpful prior to arrival helping us secure a vaporetto, during our stay with helpful suggestions and in helping us reserve a water taxi when we were leaving.
The location is excellent. All we wanted to see was within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The small plaza where the hotel is located is quiet unlike others that we went by.
We would definitely stay there again.
