Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well maintained rooms. We were in the Lamborghini Room overlooking the side canal. Bed was super comfortable.

The hotel is very conveniently located right near the water bus stop, and there is a small supermarket next door; St. Mark's Square is within walking distance. I liked that the room could accommodate four people, but I didn't like the sofa bed—it was not at all comfortable to sleep on.

It was really a special hotel. Just a few rooms, we had a grand canal view. Location was amazing, right next to Rialto bridge. It was a quiet oasis from the energetic scene at street level. We had a family room on 1st floor.
Our favorite part was enjoying breakfast, served by the hotel in a beautiful salon, overlooking the canal. The woman who served us was charming and helpful. We felt well taken care of!
