The location was very convenient, near Milan Central train and Metro. There are a few restaurants in the area but not too many good ones. Dispensa Emilia Milano was the one we went to most often. There are others around the Caiazzo Metro. There were some issues with the apartment itself. The photos that are on the website are very misleading. Every apartment listed has the photos of all the apartments available. So if you think that you're getting a great looking bed and kitchen those are probably from a different unit. Arriving at the unit is much the same as most of this type, the manager/owner meets you and gives you keys, This went quite smoothly. The condition of the unit was shabby to say the least. It could use a lot of fixing. The fridge door was so wonky that you had to pull, lift and push to get it to close. The bed was smallish and not too comfy, but it did have very nice linens and pillows. The other issue was the traffic noise. It is on an emergency route and there are constant emergency vehicles going by at all hours sirens blaring. We did have a nice balcony overlooking the Post Office, too bad there were no chairs and a table on it. On the whole the unit was così cosà.

The website had many different pictures so it was hard to know what to expect. The room was fine. But airconditioning was not included in the price, and cost 1 euro an hour. This should have been mentioned beforehand on the webpage. Very close to the metro and train station, which was the main reason we rented here. I managed to lock myself out when throwing the trash in the backyeard of the basement (so clearer instructions here would have been great).

Good value for the money and super close to the train station. If you're carrying a lot of luggage. But check in was the longest and most convoluted of the trip. Amaze of four different doors to get to the room. Electronic lock to the room door was very frustrating. We tried following the procedure we're told , but had a success rate to have about thirty percent getting in. Multiple tries were required. We spent a lot of time in the hallway , hot and sweating , trying to get the electronic lock to work.

Check-in was a pain in the neck. Everything else was fine. And they told us they would charge extra(1€ per hour) if we used the air conditioning.

Spacious and great!

5 / 10·May 2026

Spotlessly clean and fitted with really good quality furnishings. Located perfectly for the central train station. It took us a little while to find the way in but once inside the welcome and explanation was all clear. Only negative was that the air conditioning did not seem to be working and it was very hot.
