Good apartment and location, but disappointing and poorly coordinated service.

The apartment is in a great location, easy to reach, and spacious and comfortable. The people we interacted with were also respectful and polite.

The management was poorly coordinated and not very proactive. We were repeatedly told that the window had been fixed and cleaning had been completed, only to return and find that nothing had been done, meaning we had to keep calling and following up. This was exhausting. Basic information such as where to dispose of trash was also not provided.

The apartment isn’t appropriate for 3 persons with separate sleeping arrangements

The location is very comfortable

It tries to charge extra money for everything even if it’s already included into the booking

good location and neighbours

Hello, the location of the house is very good, very close to the train station and also in terms of access to the city center. We found it clean and tidy when we arrived. The host was constantly in contact.

There are 2 things I found negative or that need improvement. To get the key and pay the city tax, you have to walk quite a distance from the shuttle you get off at the airport to the office. Coming from a long distance already, this is very tiring. Also, the beds are made of iron and creak a lot. This definitely needs to be fixed. Unfortunately, the pancake pan doesn't work on the electric stove. I couldn't use it, even though I specifically mentioned it because we have a child... Thank you.
