The room was comfortable and well equipped. Very comfortable bed and on this hot night the air con was great. The lift was not working which might have been an issue but not for us. Katie and the other receptionist were very helpful and friendly. Good stay and value for money.

Hotel room small but comfortable. Ideal base camp for City centre via Uber/Taxi.
Slight issues in getting a working iron, but staff did resolve.
Staff friendly and helpful.

Very happy overall. A little disappointed with the lift being out of action as this meant lugging our case up to the second floor. Friendly staff, clean and tidy.

Lovely welcome from friendly staff . Everything was lovely and clean . We ate in the hotel Friday evening and the food was excellent . Breakfasts also excellent . Parking was a real bonus and it was only a 20 minute walk into the city centre .
Only downsides were the lift waiting for replacement and you could hear every noise from the room up above which was very disturbing at 3-5 am on the Sunday morning . Otherwise we had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend .
