The hotel is a nice hotel.. Staffs are friendly and professional. There is lounge area with a work station if you want to work there.
The rooms floor is well maintained, the carpet on the hallway look dirty. The car park has very limited space, better to arrive early for a space.
Entrance to the lift was very messy on one of the night, and it was left like that until the morning, this should have been cleaned to ensure the cleanliness of the hotel. Overall the hotel is a nice one with friendly / professional team

Incredible stay. Staff were lovely.
Arrived at the hotel and asked about an adapted room. Instantly swapped from my original booking, without an issue. Encouraged to book in half an hour early. Even with parking being shared with the Ibiz hotel, there was no issues parking.
Extra pillows were given upon request.
The drinks were good, pricey but good
The food again was good. Breakfast was buffet style and didn’t skip a beat.
My only issue was the standard pillows. They’re foam but the second you put your head on them, they just disappear.
That’s not a complaint though, just something I wasn’t quite ready for. The room was cleaned while there. Without asking. Very very impressed with the service we received.
Paid for breakfast on the Saturday but not the day leaving. I made a comment about driving 5 hours home and the receptionist encouraged me to grab a coffee from the breakfast service before leaving.
Honestly for a birthday trip away from south wales, I was really impressed.

The hotel is in a great location right next to Salford Quays. From the moment we entered we were greeted with a warm friendly smile and a genuine welcome from reception. Our room was on the 5th floor and apart from a little road noise it was extremely quiet with great air conditioning. The room was very clean, and it had a mattress protector on the bed which for me shows it's a quality hotel. The room also had a mini fridge, tea / coffee making facilities, iron and hairdryer. The bathroom had lovely soft fluffy towels and good quality toiletries. Our breakfast was top notch, but what made it excel was the attention to details from the staff to ensure my allergies were catered for. Adam went above and beyond my expectations so a BIG thank you to him for his care and attention. Our only slight niggle if we had to make one, was the bed wasn't the most comfortable we'd ever slept on but apart from that, everything else was excellent.
