This is a great hotel. They definitely keep it clean. My biggest problem here was there’s no air-conditioning in the restaurant. It looks like it had been broken for some time. Because they already planned on having a bunch of fans in there. Which wasn’t great because there was a lady with long hair sitting in front of it every morning. I was worried that her hair would blow into the buffet food. The staff and the restaurant definitely made up for it because they are very helpful and showed me a good seat to sit outside where I would get a breeze.
One day the water was turned off a few hours and when it was back on the water was coming out with the rust
They invited me to use the spa for the day, which was really just a shower and a hot tub and a sauna. In my opinion, they could’ve done more for me considering I was one day without a shower in a very expensive hotel.

Great value stay for the location and services provided. The room was very clean, and the pool & sky bar were an excellent addition. The hotel is located in walking distance of many restaurants, close to old town and shopping, and in the middle of the nightclubs and airport. Most of all, the staff were very helpful and kind. I left my speaker in my room and Lucrezia helped me figure out how to ship it to me through whatsapp. The response time and assistance were phenomenal. Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you plan on visiting ibiza.

No issues whatsoever. Everything is incredibly perfect. All the staff members are excellent, as are the amenities. The cuisine and architecture are wonderful. And the guests—aged forty and up—share the same vibe as the place. I will return every time I visit Ibiza.
