What an awesome find! From the front desk to the back door, this hotel is excellent in every way. The complimentary breakfast is amazing with the exception of the coffee - not a fan of it - but the breakfast is real food for people who enjoy starting their day well. My room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and showed a warmth of hospitality often missing in today's busy world. I would stay here again if ever in the Charlotte area.
