I liked the fact the the property was close to the airport. It would have been nice if they shared there was a complementary shuttle to to airport,
Yes, I checked in after 11pm, but I did not feel welcome t check-in, rather I felt like I interrupted the team’s conversation.
Once a guest gets in front of the agent, they were supposed to stop what they were doing and give 100%. This did not happen.

Price is affordable for a comfortable stay, especially in relation to the hotels Uptown. Checking in was extremely easy. The room was clean and exactly like it looks on the website. The convenience of the hotel restaurant and bar were a definite plus and the service was A-1. Definitely my go-to hotel whenever I visit Charlotte.
