Staff was attentive. The air condition was at 60% efficiency. The ac unit was not cooling properly and room environment was humid. Nred to upgrade units and have a preventive maintenance program in place. Another person who was staying at the hotel had asked me about my air conditioning because he was facing the same issues.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired.
I would rather pay for a “real” breakfast than have a free breakfast where nothing looked appealing or appetizing.
I loved the hotel and the convenience to our event. The rooms very clean and roomy.
The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Overall, I’d stay here again.

I've visited this hotel before and had a good experience. Each person at the front desk had a warm greeting and with a smile. The room was clean and housekeeping was helpful. Location is minutes away from dining and shopping and best part it's right off of the interstate. I come on football weekends, although quite a distance from the game, the pricing was affordable.
