We absolutely loved our two-night stay at the Iroquois Hotel & have already decided it's our go-to hotel whenever we're in NYC.
Every single staff member—from the front desk to housekeeping to the doormen—was genuinely kind & made us feel like they were truly happy we were there. The doormen were such a nice touch, making us feel both welcomed & safe throughout our stay.
The room was immaculate, & so were the hallways & dining areas. Honestly, the cleanliness was exceptional. The beds & luxurious bedding rivaled those of much more expensive luxury hotels, & they were incredibly comfortable—perfect for our sore backs. Even though we were just 2 blocks from Times Square between 5th and 6th Aves., our 7th-floor room was unbelievably quiet. We slept better than we do at home & never would have guessed all the NYC excitement was just an 8-minute walk away.
The dining was another highlight. The speakeasy served delicious casual fare & even let us pre-order dinner so we could enjoy a relaxed meal before making our 7 p.m. show. Breakfast was table service at a private, white linen-covered table w/4 breakfast choices that were more than enough to start our day.
I was celebrating a birthday, & the thoughtful surprise of a small bottle of wine & snacks waiting in our room made the trip even more special.
Exceptional service, outstanding comfort, impeccable cleanliness, fantastic dining, & an unbeatable location—this hotel exceeded every expectation. We can't wait to return.

My family chose this hotel because we were in town for the Jay Z Blueprint 25 concert. Paulisha checked us in early and gave us a room upgrade. We enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel that was walking distance from Time Square and other attractions and restaurants. We were greeted every time we came and went, provided umbrellas for rainy days, breakfast vouchers, refreshing water in the lobby and happy hour on a Thursday evening. We will be staying here again and I prefer our same room for our annual visits. Next time I will provide a video room tour and hotel vibes footage. Thank you for a great stay. #NYC #JAYZ

We stayed at the Iroquois over the Columbus Day weekend with our 13 y o grandson. It was his first visit to New York City, so we picked the hotel for its location, which turned out to be fabulous, and also because we were able to get a room with two double beds so we could all stay together. The room was on the small side and the view was basically of the fire escape, but it was really comfortable and impeccably clean and all three of us were totally satisfied with it. We also appreciated the vouchers for breakfast, which by the way was excellent.
