Fantastic, attentive staff and amazing place. It was exciting to see all the animals, including rhinos and giraffes from a few meters away. Great food, tasteful interior.
When we got into the room we found that there is no water. However, we reported this to the staff and they immediately started working on resolving the problem, succeeding in a few hours.

They have a huge private game reserve, allegedly with rhinos (but we didn’t see them)
1) The hotel staff was playing very loud party music with a lot of bass in the lobby midday. We could not relax at the pool due to this.
2) The hotel managers have a lot of dogs. The dogs are in the kitchen, when food is prepared, and are begging next to the tables when breakfast & dinner are served. We like dogs but this was a bit too much for us.
3) The two of us both got food poisoning after the meal served on the nature drive. We think it was the meat served or the ice in the drinks.
4) The rooms cannot be locked. The room windows can be opened from the outside anytime. We felt uncomfortable due to this.
