Staff members were consistently helpful. Deserving of special mention weee Nico at the desk, who helped me through a long and complicated snafu with Hotels,com, who seemed not to want to send my payment to the hotel. Nico was the perfect gentleman, never raising his voice with Hôtels,com or even expressing his frustration (though I myself blew up at them). What an excellent young man, an asset to Holiday Inn. The other was the marvelous Latina who helped diners at breakfast. She was courteous, energetic, and friendly, always wearing a big smile. Her English was excellent, even as I practiced my schoolboy Spanish. If all employees were like these two shining examples, we would be happy travel indeed. Thank them ( and others ) for a grand stay!!!!!!!!!!
