The staff were very accommodating and friendly.
The keys weren't functional some of the time.

The property was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was nice.
The ice machine and dining area were quite close to my room, so there was some noise in the early morning.

I liked the location - close to our event. Staff was very accommodating.
Breakfast was meh. One waffle maker broken. Kids said the one that worked didn't cook thoroughly. Not enough fresh fruit options. Only some sort of fruit cocktail mixture.

Quiet location, easy to get to ETSU
Key card issues the whole stay, had to wait forever to get checked in. Tt Breakfast was blah. Wasn't told I'd have to pay an additional $100 deposit until AFTER I paid regular payment.
