Nice motel about a 7 minute drive to downtown Asheville. Pool was nice and the staff was helpful and friendly. The only downfall was the beds weren’t that comfy. But we’ll always remember this place because there was a bear that was walking around the property. So if you feel like strolling in the evening, maybe reconsider or be on the lookout.

The room was clean and well taken care of. The only downfall was the TV was not connected to any sort of service or cable. When calling the front office, we were told they could come look at it, which wasn’t an option for us at the time, but other than that, it was a good stay.

It was such a nice surprise for me. I really enjoyed the stay. The only thing I would ask during check-in is to get a room that is not next to a joining room, as I have heard people literally coughing next door. Overall, very pleasant stay.
