We found the hotel acceptable but there was a few things that bother me. One was the that anti-skid strips in the tub were worn and useless. A slip would have been very easy to accomplish. Also, the toilet was very low. Both my husband and I have arthritis and it was difficult to use. We are not disabled but it could have been higher. The air conditioner sounded like it was dripping until about 3:30 in the morning but eventually settled down and for the rest of the weekend, and was fine.
The staff, for the most part, were very nice and helpful. The young lady that checked us in was snarky. I had never before been asked to leave a credit card for security purposes. Fine, I did leave the card number for them, but she could have been nicer about explaining it to me. It is not my fault I had never heard of this before. We had travelled in April and were not asked at that time for a deposit. Different city, different hotels but she could have been nicer about it.
A printed TV guide would have been useful.
Parking was not an issue. Breakfast was hot and more than sufficient.
Otherwise, it was a lovely hotel and we had a nice time.
