Big room, good price, breakfast was nice and cooked to order.
A bit of a language barrier - making check in difficult.

Хороший тихий район. Чистый номер, домашняя атмосфера. Хозяйка утром приготовила завтрак вкусный.

Very nice host which was very friendly. The room look clean and nice decorated. Host offered us a transfert to the airport which was helpful and cheaper than taxi.
There was no private bathroom as expected which was a huge dissapointment and a lie from the owner of the guest house.
