The location is great, just a few steps away from Kutaisi city centre. The property is set back from the main road, making it much quieter than average (I couldn't hear the slightest noise while resting in the afternoon). The room was tidy, simple and clean, as was the private bathroom. The hosts are very kind and responsive. Considering what I paid, I don't think you could find anything better. Highly recommended!
nothing I can think of.

The owner was lovely and warm. The price/performance is good.
The cleaning overall was looking okay, but there was an half toilet paper in the bathroom. You should not leave the same toilet paper in the toilet because it was used by the previous guest(s) before you. Especially in the toilet where there is nothing between shower and toilet, it is not acceptable. Also there're micro staines on the towels.
