The location is very convenient and the staff were very nice. The breakfast is good value and the room is a fair size.
The heat in the room was unbearable and not adjustable. I had to sleep with the window wide open every night, and leave the window open during the day. The staff were great but also lost the information on a related group booking, leading to confusion.

The location was excellent. Right across from the main train station, but you didn't hear any noise at all.
I wish it had a room safe and laundry bag.

Great location just beside the main train station. Small but comfy and clean rooms.
Breakfast lacked more variety, was mainly pastries, cereal and cheese/ham/jam. Very crowded on weekends and not enough space/stations for everyone.
Reception staff was rude, basically young adults with no hospitality experience/manners.
Lacked an electric kettle/coffee in the rooms.
