IN SUMMER: A central starting point for many hikes and mountain tours. A beautiful walking path (approx. 20 min) leads to the shopping and mountain town of Schladming (Talbachklammweg). IN WINTER: An ideal location for all alpine skiers, snowboarders, cross-country skiers, and winter hikers. Direct access (gondola and ski slope right in front of the house) to the Panai West gondola. Spacious, comfortable rooms with shower/toilet, TV, and balcony, as well as fully equipped, comfortable apartments, await you here.
