This spacious apartment, measuring nearly 90 m², features 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 cozy living room (with a pull-out couch for 1 person), 1 modern kitchen-dining area with a dining table, fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, large refrigerator, microwave, etc., as well as 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine. This cozy apartment features an open, bright living area with a tiled stove and a comfortable seating area; large windows offer a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.
An additional room with a private bathroom can be booked upon request. The apartment features a separate entrance, parking, and a ski storage room.

Centrally located in the Schladming-Dachstein vacation region, the Finis Apartment House in Ramsau am Dachstein offers you the ideal starting point for a varied summer and winter vacation.

A vacation at our Finis Apartment House offers exceptional privacy and is characterized by comfort, coziness, and our Styrian hospitality.
Our Finis Apartment House features two apartments: the Finis Apartment and the Hansl Apartment. They are named after our grandparents, who used to host many guests in a small bed-and-breakfast.

The lovingly furnished Finis apartment is located on the first floor of our single-family home; it impresses with its spacious layout of nearly 90 m² and can accommodate up to 3 people. A bright, open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, cozy living room with a tiled stove, and a comfortable seating area—all featuring large windows and direct access to the garden—provides a magnificent view of the mountain range. Guests have access to 1 bedroom with a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and an entryway. Additionally, the apartment features a separate entrance, a private parking space, and a ski and bike storage room.
The slightly smaller Hansl Apartment, at approximately 55 square meters, accommodates 2 people. It is also located on the first floor of our house and features a bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, an entryway, and a separate toilet. The south-facing balcony invites you to start your day outdoors with a cozy breakfast. The Hansl Apartment also has a separate entrance, its own parking space, and a ski and bike storage room.
For both apartments, an additional bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet can be booked as an add-on upon request.

In winter, cross-country skiers will be in heaven in Ramsau—our guests can access the perfectly groomed 220-km network of trails right from the house. Skiers can reach the Ramsau ski region, the Dachstein Glacier, or the famous Schladming 4-Mountain Ski Area—featuring Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen, and Reiteralm—in just about 10 minutes. The ski bus stop is located just 50 meters from the house. The wide winter hiking trails and pristine landscapes also invite you to enjoy a leisurely winter hike, snowshoe hike, ski tour, or horse-drawn carriage ride right outside the front door.

There’s plenty to experience in the summer, too—with around 1,000 kilometers of hiking and biking trails, via ferrata routes, numerous water-based and family-friendly activities, and mountain huts serving food and drink, our vacation region offers a wealth of variety. Enjoy the ideal location, right on the hiking trail, near the Silberkarklamm gorge, the family destination Sattelberg, the Lodenwalke Ramsau, the “Königsetappe” in Ramsau, and numerous via ferrata routes.
