Our 55-square-meter duplex apartment, spread over two levels, offers ideal space for two people, but even with three, everyone can still find a quiet spot to retreat to.
From the living area, a spiral staircase leads up to the cozy sleeping area, where another sofa invites you to read a book, linger, relax, and unwind.

Nestled in the heart of a picturesque landscape, between the bright limestone massif of the Dachstein Group to the north—connected by the Enns Valley—and the lush, ancient rock formations of the Schladminger Tauern to the south. A beautiful corner of the world with endless possibilities—one that’s worth experiencing and admiring with all your senses. To preserve this treasure for the long term, environmental protection is especially close to our hearts: Our house is heated with solar energy and locally sourced wood pellets, and we sort and recycle our household waste. In addition to our local mountains—Planai, Hauser Kaibling, Hochwurzen, Reiteralm, and the Dachstein region with the Dachstein Glacier—the ski region extends across the Salzburger Sportwelt (Flachau, Zauchensee, Sankt Johann/Alpendorf, …) all the way to the Gastein and Hochkönig ski areas. The 220-kilometer network of cross-country and skating trails, along with numerous winter hiking trails, passes right by our hotel all the way to the Nordic World Championships Stadium in Ramsau Ort, where there’s even a night trail available. Summer Retreat & Mountain Summer Even during the warmer months, Ramsau is a health resort and a world-renowned hiking and climbing destination. Over 200 km of marked hiking trails and 18 secured via ferrata routes of varying difficulty levels make Ramsau a paradise for climbers and mountain sports enthusiasts.
