Two-story vacation rental with a balcony, infrared sauna, natural larch wood floors, and carport space.
The entryway with a coat closet leads into a large, open living area equipped with a cozy sitting area, a leather sofa, a TV, and a hi-fi system. From the south-facing balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with solid wood furniture, a bathroom with towels, a hair dryer, a separate toilet, and an infrared sauna.
The spacious infrared sauna is equipped with a hi-fi system and CDs featuring relaxation music.
Our house is situated in an absolutely quiet and sunny location with a view of the Schladminger Tauern and the Dachstein massif. Hiking trails and the Kulmberg cross-country ski trail are located near the house.
Two very comfortable organic apartments, each with 2 separate bedrooms, a living-dining room, a sitting area, Wi-Fi, TV, and a hi-fi system, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom, a toilet, a hair dryer, and Grander water.
Both organic apartments have separate entrances.
The Tauern organic apartment features a stylish tiled stove, a spacious Finnish sauna, and a large, secluded sun terrace.
The Dachstein Wooden Organic Apartment has two floors, a balcony with access to the garden, a spacious infrared sauna, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Carport space for one car included.
Extras: Free Wi-Fi, parking, Grander water system, use of washing machine, ping-pong table.
The kitchens are equipped with cooking oil, spices, coffee, tea, a kettle, a coffee maker, etc.
Table tennis table, herb garden, Summer Card/Winter Card included.
Bedding, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price.
Pets are only allowed in the Tauern apartment.
On-site costs: Included: sauna/infrared and final cleaning, Summer Card/Winter Card. The remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer upon arrival. We recommend purchasing cancellation insurance.
