Customer service was exceptional on check in, Mi was very warm and friendly and assisted me with parking instructions and a last minute request for late check out. Room was clean and tidy and perfect for a short stay.

Convenience, location
Noise from other rooms, especially when doors are closed

Very convenient to function I was attending.
When I used my credit card to paid for parking, I was told my credit card would be kept on file, which I didn’t approve of, and want it removed/deleted from your files.

Location suited my visit.
Unfortunately an unpleasant smell from bathroom drains permeated the bathroom and bedroom. I noticed when I first entered the room, I thought it would go away as cleaners had just finished. Whatever extraction fan was meant to work didn’t do the job and there was no natural airflow. I ended up placing folded towels over the drain holes to limit the smell at night. Really not a good enough standard of hygiene.
