The location is excellent for easily reaching any destination within Prague - it's right next to a tramline and just a few meters from the metro, and a short walking distance from Staré Mešto.
It's not a luxury hotel (or a hotel at all) so one expecting such might be disappointed, but as a place to sleep it gets the job done well.
There's a working wifi and also a shared fridge on the hallway with a kettle for tea / coffee and a microwave should one need them.
The beds aren't terribly comfortable - while not terrible either. They would be much better with mattress toppers to ease off the hardness on the surface. Also the walls are made of paper and you can hear even whispers from the adjacent rooms and any talks in the hallways echo throughout, so depending on the company the noise might be a trouble to some - it was quiet in the night time throughout my stay though.
The bathroom only had a bottle of hand soap - no shampoo or body soap available.

Quite cheap, in a good location. Three separate beds. Private bathroom.
Rooms were neither clean nor dirty, somewhere in between. Definitely not suitable for four couples. It’s more for a group of friends who can tolerate some discomfort. Finding the key stash was an escape-room-level challenge.

The Hotel was comfortable for my requirements.
There was no lift, not a problem for me but maybe for other visitors, 18 steps to the first floor. Bed was not comfortable at all, very creaky whenever I moved. The "daily" cleaning was not good, on my arrival there was a long brown hair on top of the toilet - it was still there when I departed 5 days later ! Also the wall to the adjoining room was not solid, you could hear all conversations.
