The hotel staff were very nice! And the breakfast had a good selection, that left you nice and full to start your big day. Location was very nice too! So close to everything, all the churches, the main square and tram stop!

Room smaller than expected.

Excelent location, few steps from the main square. The room was very large, very brithgly, with excelent amenities: fridge, coffee maker, tea, coffee. Very large bathroom, too. The hotel staff was helpful. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel. The main tourist places are very close.
I had some issues with the shower but problems were solved.
Not regarding the hotel, I did not feel safe with carriages, horses and bikers running on pedestrian streets.

Location
I paid for a room with a view and I got a room with a small window towards the back yard
What made my stay much worse were cockroaches in the room. I was working at the desk when the big worm goes across the wall.
