'Summer' is a bright apartment, with views over the rooftops of Rome, in a building of the early twentieth century in the heart of Trastevere, one of the most distinctive and famous neighborhoods of Rome. Beautifully renovated with finishing touches by a Roman architect and decorated with passion by a design team, the apartment is equipped with every comfort and is comprised of a large lounge with a double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, weighing-scales), a double bedroom with a dividable bed and a beautiful bathroom. The total area is 50 sq m. The high wooden ceilings with exposed beams give an airiness to the apartment. It is located on the slopes of the Gianicolo Hill and just steps from Santa Maria in Trastevere which is within walking distance of the Vatican, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the historical center of the city. Lovers of Roman nightlife will find plenty of restaurants, clubs, cinemas, theaters and the possibility to see events, shows and concerts.

The property is fantastic. The standard of the apartment, its fittings, equipment and furnishings are of a high standard. The location is perfect, 5 to 10 minutes walk from shops, cafes, restaurants and from public transport in Trastevere, but perfectly quiet. The elevator is very handy. The wee balcony is just lovely and handy for a bit of people watching. Pre check in information from Silvana was accurate and clear and check in with Raffaella was excellent. Raffaella could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I would recommend the apartment to anyone and hope to be back without hesitation. Thanks Silvana.
