The spaciousness, downstairs shower and provided utilities were fantastic. As was dealing with the host, very good communication & a lovely experience.
Its location is the key selling point, easy access to everything including local food and bars.
I didn’t find my upstairs bed and shower the cleanest, passible, but could have been better. I am very observant of this though due to having a suppressed immune system. It wasn’t unclean by any means.

Location! We could walk or take public transportation to all the sights. The food in Trastevere was incredible! Perfect size for traveling with our two adult sons!
The main loft area and bathrooms were a bit tight to move around in, but still nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Would be helpful to have a check-out packet to know what is expected.

This is a cleverly designed modern apartment which ensures that everyone has their own space. We found it easy to check in via the designated lockbox and private ground floor access.
There is a friendly pub with great food round the corner, and a good selection of restaurants nearby.
The host is very responsive and helpful. She went out of her way to ensure that my cashmere shawl was returned to me after I accidentally left in the apartment.
I would definitely stay here again.
I liked everything.

It was a good location, lots of restaurants close by
The host was rude when I asked where the aircon remotes were for upstairs, when I messaged her to tell her the upstairs aircon remotes were missing, her response was, it's not that hot, I said, it is stuffy upstairs and she said, oh my God!! Air con remotes missing, only 1 set of keys, spiral staircase a death trap, not much natural lighting, stuffy inside and in bathrooms. Shower upstairs didn't work properly, had to have sink tap on hot to get hot water through, big shower head didn't work, only small head which is hand held. Power points don't all work, not 10 minute walk to colosseum as advertised, 30 minute walk as per google maps. Expensive for tourist tax compared to anywhere else we stayed in Italy, not sure if this is just a Rome thing though.
