Staff great customer service, cleanliness of the hotel

I was happy about everything

8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026

Location near Sea Point and the Hop on Hop off bus was good. Staff were excellent- in every area

Unfortunately we only had a view of a car park with glimpses of the ocean from our room.Disappointing. Also we had a coffee machine but no Pods offered

8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026

The gym, location and staff were excellent and we couldn’t rate them highly enough.

Classic rooms were slightly small however that is us trying to find something wrong.

6 / 10Average·Sep 2026

The location was nice and the staff friendly, they did make a huge effort with the kids

It was under renovation so very noisy, people speaking loudly early in the morning Breakfast is cold and very over crowded I feel the food very overpriced for what you get
