The room was frequently cleaned and the staff was sooooo amazing. It is kinda of close to the beach

The staff is very nice, the reception and cleaners provide exceptional customer service.
I didn't like that they didn't have gowns, even if it's just 1 gown or robe. Also no water for tea in the room. The rusk and sweets should be complimentary as well but they were not.

The staff was excellent
The fact that the jacuzzi wasn't working and the kettle in the room wasn't working.
