Il personale era molto molto gentile ed educato
La posizione dell’appartamento era vicina al centro ma secondo noi che siamo italiani, per noi l’area dove si trova l’appartamento non é troppo pulita ma l’appartamento stesso tropo pulito

Clean, nice, comfortable, close to the beach! Super quick responses from the landlords
We didn’t like having the lady who lives just below come up about 10 minutes after checking-in at 5.10pm, speaking rapid Spanish, basically telling us to stop dragging our luggage around, and telling us she can hear every single thing that goes on. We weren’t making noise, just re-arranging luggages into rooms etc. anyway, she was ok and I apologised to her, but from then on we felt all we could do is whisper to each other. Either way, after day 1 we were ok, respectful, but also comfortably enjoying the apartment without thinking too much about it

The location is super,, close to public transportation and the beach! and the apartment is very comfortable! The staff is so friendly and super helpful.
One of the bedrooms doesn't have an air conditioner, so it could get pretty hot. But this is really minor.

The apartment is new and well furnished. The owner also seemed very friendly in our chats
What they are doing is WRONG. They ask for a 200€ deposit in cash, and claim they return it via booking.com
This way, the final price on booking looks 200€ less when they return the deposit.
Secondly, you should never ask for money directly. Booking.com also said the same thing. All payments are supposed to be made via booking, and not directly with the owner.
Also, the person who gave me the keys, Albert is very rude. Someone needs to teach him how to be polite to others.
