Dificult to access the apartment. Three floors in a very narrow space rolling our luggage. Owner wasn’t receptive and bl

It had open space in the living area.

Cockroaches, many other insects, molding in the bathroom, old shower that was broken so we couldn’t take a shower on the first day. Whenever we reported anything to the owner, she always implied that we had the problem cause we didn’t know or we caused the problem.
