Most helpful and attentive ladies who work at the cafe/restaurant. Always greeting you with a smile. Remember your order and nothing is an issue.
The carpets in corridors need a good clean /wash and the bathroom by the lobby often was very messy.

The team did a really wonderful moment for us!
It was my 1 st anniversary and they exceeded our expectations! The room was beautifully decorated and we were surprised by a lovely cake. Mesha from reception was great as well as Nepali from breakfast.

Good location and well geared towards the business visitor
The air conditioning in my room was freezing cold and I was unable to set it higher, both times that I stayed there. Both my colleagues and I decided to switch it off completely. Either the system does not allow it or it is complicated to set it.
Also, I would prefer a topsheet with duvet as addition - not everyone likes sleeping under a thick duvet.
Lastly, having to drag the kettle to the desk to boil water for tea and coffee could be solved by connecting the kettle to a power source
