The spa... No privacy for residents. Spa employees used the same place for their personal use( lockers, food, brushing teeth, make up) both for Gents and Ladies. Employees always on their phones. We had to wait for her to be assisted.
They were very loud and assisted very minimum when required. Cleaniness of the space have to be monitored especially inside the steam room( left over tissues in the steam room for the two days we were there. The space smelled like food
They should be more organised and supervised by a manager. More options should be available on the spa menu such as facial, Moroccan bath, pedicure and manicure...just suggestions to make it a better place.

It was quite and comfortable
They e-mailed me wrong location and it took a long time for me to find the correct place, breakfast was good but too expensive. No slipers in the toilet and no hair conditioner and no washing hand liquid were there.
I had to come to the reception from 5th floor to take my ordered food no one brought that for me
