Cozy by name cozy by nature! Really clean and tidy and nicely decorated, comfortable beds. Particularly liked how everything was labelled so we knew exactly what was what and where was where. Generous supply of tea, coffee and milk which I always appreciate. Lovely big fridge and icemaker. Small courtyard garden really good for the dog.

The actual location is not that salubrious but it is in the middle of Loughborough that said, excellent location for proximity to all amenities, loads of restaurants and pubs and a park and a good dog walk nearby. Once into the property, all is good.

It was well equipped and very appreciative of the milk and teabags etc

The bathroom is in a cupboard and very small, it’s clean but does need an upgrade. Impossible for my 89 year old mother to use the shower due to the step up into it.

Enjoyed the wood burner

Wasn’t under the impression this is a studio flat. Flooring needs to be redone. Needs professional redecoration.
