Handy Cafe downstairs with limited choice, but at least it was Western style. Good coffee. Good location near restaurants and transport

Very close to things and reasonably priced.
Almost all international flights leave in the evening which means check out day at 11 am is a pain because they only have luggage storage for check in so you have to take you luggage down to Ebisu station and place in a locker

The location is great, and the room is a good layout. It’s a clean, quiet neighborhood with a very convenient train station.
It feels like a budget hotel, except you’re paying a premium for it. The duvet and pillow were very lumpy and old. The bed was hard. The lack of a way to get hot water for tea anywhere in the hotel is frustrating. The free included breakfast sells out, so you might only get a slice of plain toast. The rooms have no view.
